The newly established service by Google is the Google Video (Beta). The service is free and has the same usability as YourTube. The basic concept therefore is “share you video with others, get comments…and be your own a broadcasting producer and persona”. However, I am not currently present in full that new Google service which I am sure will be in the future completely incorporated with Blogger for common use with the Weblog community owned by Google.

What is the most interesting future – in between others – is the ‘Free for Today’ feature of Google Video. That means in short that the service provides full movies which can be watched for free in your browser! Do not expect that you will watch, or the service will provide, latest produced movies. You can watch movies from the early 20s – Charlie Chaplin – till the late 70s, that includes old-classic cartoons. Today, therefore, Google presents the Mighty Hercules (1963). Mighty Hercules is a cartoon made TV series, produced and directed by Joseph Oriolo (1963). The episodes were written by George Kashdan and Jack E. Miller, DC Comics’ former writers and editors. The theme song was written and sung by Johnny Nash. Jimmy Tapp, a radio personality from Montreal provided the voice of Hercules.

Enjoy viewing it (five episodes) here (info for the cartoon you can find here).
